yasp.site is Officially Live — Welcome to the Project Cemetery

After years of abandoning repositories in the dark recesses of GitHub, yasp.site (Yet Another Side Project) is finally live.

What is this?

This site is a curated collection of everything I hack on during evenings, weekends, and lunch breaks.

The core motto of this site is:

"nothing has to succeed"

In the modern tech ecosystem, side projects are often plagued by unnecessary pressure. You’re told you need:

  • An LLC before writing a line of code
  • A waitlist landing page with 5,000 signups
  • A roadmap with quarterly OKRs
  • A monetized subscription model

We reject all of that.

What to expect

  1. Unvarnished honesty: If a project took 3 months and resulted in a broken mess, we will document the exact failure modes.
  2. Fast static performance: No trackers, no cookies, no multi-megabyte JavaScript bundles.
  3. Frequent updates: As new dumb ideas strike, they will be cataloged here.
